Prom 2017

I got to shadow a photographer this passed weekend while he took prom pictures. I did not realize that downtown gets full of kids all dressed up for prom every year. There were so many that people stood in lines for premium spots and glared at you if you took too long!

It was interesting to watch this successful and seasoned photographer as he did his thing and confirmation that my instincts are good. I still need to work on confidence and communication for posing, but I am on the right track. I also got to play with his nikon d500 and and 35mm lens which was so nice! Lots of fun!
